Amara Hills. Architect: Arbin Zahaj & Geti Suna

The Amara Hills project is an architectural project of a residential complex consisting of five villa type buildings, located in a natural environment, near Farka Lake in Tirana. The project aims to adapt the new buildings to the environment and the natural landscape that surrounds them, as well as the use of modern materials in the facades and high-quality design.

Nature and the connection with the facilities in the Amara Hills project are important to create a harmonious and well-integrated environment with the surroundings. The environment around the complex is a quiet and clean area endowed with nature and a beautiful landscape. In order to blend the environment with nature, environmentally friendly materials have been selected and technologies have been used to provide natural lighting in all interior spaces. . In this way, the sunlight is incorporated into the interiors, creating a calm and fresh feeling.

This residential complex, consisting of five different villas, is a true example of modern styling. The main villa with a total area of 1000 square meters is located in the center of the complex and is surrounded by four small villas of 200 square meters each. The purpose of the design of these villas was to create an environment that represents a perfect synergy through the external and internal environment, using advanced materials and technologies that give it a modern look and perfect balance.

Wood, concrete and glass are the main materials used in the construction of these villas. Wood is used for most of the façade of the villas, giving them a natural look and harmony with the surrounding environment. Concrete has been used as the main material for the construction of the walls, leaving it as a decorative element, and glass has been used to create large spaces in the windows, giving them a more modern look.

The main villa, with an area of 1000 square meters, is built on two levels, with a design that maximizes the use of space and natural light. The ground floor of this villa has a living room, dining room, kitchen, service areas and an office. The lobby is elaborately designed and has an impressive interior with a staircase that goes around an atrium and connects the 2 floors with natural light. The office is strategically located to be accessible from the lobby and at the same time separated from the emotion rooms to ensure a quiet and comfortable working environment. The maid's room is designed to serve the needs of the residents with high functionality and without disturbing the residents. The upper floor of this villa has a total of four bedrooms. The bedrooms also have amazing views from the large windows, giving the residents a very comfortable and relaxing environment. All these details give this villa a perfect look and make it an exclusive place.

The other villas are the same both in the facade and in the interior, where the living and service areas are located on the ground floor and the bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

All the villas have been carefully and sustainably designed, using materials that ensure thermal and acoustic insulation.

Overall, the design and operation of the residential villas in the Amara Hills project are meticulous and perfected to provide a comfortable and pleasant life for the residents.
